According to the corresponding Thai laws (Condominium Act) only 49 % of all units in one condominium building can be owned by foreigners and their name can be put into the corresponding title deed of the condominium unit.

This means that a condominium with - for example - 100 units, only 49 of the units can be owned by foreigners and the final 51 units have to be owned by Thais.

For this, it is very important that you check the availability of a so called FOREIGN-QUOTA in a condominium building prior to your purchase.

Of course all condomimiun units in the listings of C & M (Bangkok) Co., Ltd. are available with a foreign-quota for foreigners.
